Beatrice Ladrón de Guevara, President
Beatrice Ladrón de Guevara is a senior from Indianapolis, Indiana majoring in International Relations. She has been involved with IRC and Model UN since her freshman year at William & Mary, previously serving as Chief of Staff to WMHSMUN XXXVII and as Secretary-General to WMHSMUN XXXVIII. Outside of IRC, Beatrice is a member of the Epsilon Mu chapter of Delta Gamma and currently serves as that chapter’s director of special events. When not busy with her various activities and/or class, Beatrice loves getting to bake, travel, and watch live performances.

Cole Hammel, Finance
Cole is a junior from Kauai, Hawaii, majoring in Accounting with a minor in Japanese Studies. He’s been an active member of the International Relations Club since his sophomore year and competed with the travel team, staffed at each of the club’s MUN conferences, and served as the club’s Service Chair. When not managing the IRC’s finances, he works for his local government and enjoys playing tennis and open-ocean swimming.

Mark Cole, VP-Campus
Mark is a current Junior studying International Relations and History at the College of William & Mary. Mark is the current Vice President of Campus of the William & Mary International Relations Club. Mark plans to pursue a career in academic research on border conflicts and the implications of international law.

Nolan Jansorn, VP-Model UN
Nolan Jansorn is a junior from Aldie, Virginia, majoring in Government. He has participated in Model UN for seven years, staffed or directed at all of W&M’s MUN conferences, and also serves as the Director of Public Relations for WMIDMUN XXIV. When he’s not working with his team to run IRC’s travel program, he enjoys reading, hiking, and photography.

Connor Gold, Communications
Connor Gold is a Senior from Marblehead, MA, majoring in Government with a minor in Global Business. He has been competing in MUN since his freshman year of high school, and has previously served on the Secretariat of WMIDMUN. Outside of IRC, Connor works in the Global Education Office as a peer advisor, and is involved with the Global Research Institute (GRI). He also enjoys competing in trivia and loves to play basketball, tennis, and swim.

Sofia Simonian, Director of Legal Compliance
Sofia is a senior from Woodbridge, Virginia studying Government and Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies. She previously served as the Secretary-General of &MUN XIII and is currently IRC’s Director of Legal Compliance. She has directed committees at WMHSMUN and WMIDMUN, William & Mary’s middle school and high school MUN conferences. In addition to MUN, Sofia is the President of Melodia, W&M’s Eastern European Ensemble, where she plays the contrabass balalaika. In her free time, you can find her walking around CW or enjoying a good book.

Caroline McCoy, Service
Caroline McCoy is a junior from Annapolis, Maryland, majoring in Government and Environment & Sustainability. She has been involved with IRC since her sophomore year at William & Mary, and has worked on service staff for two of our conferences, and has been Service Chair for one of them. Outside of IRC, Caroline is a member of the service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega, works at the business library, and is a member of the Griffin Ambassador Program and Student Environmental Action Coalition. In her free time, Caroline loves traveling, photography, cooking, and hiking.

Sarah Schulte, Secretary-General of WMHSMUN
Sarah is a Senior from Louisa, Virginia double majoring in Government and Music. Outside of IRC, Sarah is a Sharpe and WMSURE scholar, serves as a Tour Guide for William & Mary’s Undergraduate Admissions, is a member of the American Indian Student Association, and performs with the Barksdale Treble Chorus and the Eastern European Instrument and Vocal Ensemble. Carter Danto, Secretary-General of WMIDMUN
Carter Danto is a senior from Westerly, RI. He is studying International Relations and English Literature. Since his freshman year, he has been an active member of the International Relations Club. He has traveled with the William & Mary Model UN team, staffed WMHSMUN and &MUN, and served on the secretariat for WMIDMUN XXI, XXII, and XXIII. Outside of IRC, he spends what free time he has reading classic novels, writing poetry, and teaching himself the guitar and harmonica.

Kelson Lowrie, Secretary-General of &MUN
Kelson Lowrie is a junior from Somerset, NJ majoring in International relations and Economics. He has been involved with IRC since freshman year, having served on &MUN throughout all of college and as USG-Crisis for WMHSMUN the past 2 years. Outside of IRC, Kelson is a member of Club sWiM and the Russian program at WM. When not procrastinating Russian HW with IRC work, Kelson loves nature walks, watching sports( Go Steelers), and tending to the many plants and animals he keeps at home.
